We're currently suffering through a mix of heatwave and thunderstorms here in Indy. Speaking as someone who A, lives without air conditioning and B, is the one stuck with yardwork under every circumstance, this is not a fun thing for me.

Meanwhile, on a whim I went looking for a semi-obscure animated series that I enjoyed, "War Planets". You may know it better as "Shadow Raiders". Yes, the toys may not have been hot stuff, but the show (done by the same people who brought us Beast Wars!) rocks. I never got to see the second season, however - either I missed it on the schedule or it simply didn't air in my area. However, the whole thing's up on YouTube. This is a fun thing for me - it'll keep me from getting any writing done, but it's still a fun thing.

Now if only I could convince my parents to keep the damn TV off so I can focus on my cartoon.
